I would like to share some remarks that a few of my clients are saying about my level of quality and service.

Jan T--When we decided that we wnted to re-locate to Sarasota, we did not have a realtor in mind so we searched on the web and found Ken. When i called him, he was out of town but immediately arranged (on very short notice) to have some neighborhoods shown to us by an associate.

Once we had seen the niegborhoods, ken then worked with us over a few weeks to isolate houses that would be of interest. He previewed houses for us so that once we were ready to look, I couldquickly narrow them down to a manageable number for my husband to see. As a result, we were able to find a great house in a great location over a weekend.

What impressed me most about Ken was the work he put into the previews, his honestly about the houses,how quickly he picked up on what I liked and did not like, and he did not try to over-sell us.

I would tell a friend that he worked hard for us, listened to us about what we wanted, and worked quickly to match our needs with what was available in the market.

From Cindy--I started my real estate search on the internet, and just by chance, Ken's website popped up. I found some houses that I wanted to see and tagged them, and the next day Ken called me. I was a little apprehensive, because of the internet, and not knowing anyone in Florida. This was on a Wednesday, and on Friday, I found myself flying down to Florida, "just to look" . I had my boyfriend with me, and I have a friend who lives in Tampa, and we all met with Ken at his office.

What I can say about Ken is ... OUTSTANDING !!!! I found out that Ken is native to my area, and that helped. I ended up looking, offering, and closing in 8 days. And the best part is that ALL THE WAY, Ken did all the work. He kept me posted on EVERY little detail, and was very honest when I asked his opinion, which is what I really wanted. I didn't want a realator who was going to "blow smoke" only to make a sale. I found myself trusting him completely, and still do. I call him for advice, and questions, including everything from house insurance to "snake inspections". (private story there ) There is no doubt that I will refer everyone to Ken. He took time,.. ANYTIME I wanted or needed something. He always returned my phone calls, even when I found a lizzard in my toilet ! Ken, in my opinion, is the ONLY realator that I will do business with, and referr other people to. And the best part of the whole deal? I have a new friend !!!!

Your directions to the bike shop were great and they had a bike that fit exactly what I was looking for.  It was good to go on the first bike ride in Sarasota.
